In consideration of Jeepey - Parkwood Outdoors Ltd. accepting this application I undertake and agree:
1. That I am competent to drive the
vehicle
2. By taking part I accept the risks involved including injury or death.
3. I declare that my vehicle is safe, complies with the venue operator’s
regulations and is fit to use in this event.
4. I have read and will comply with the venue operators site regulations and
driving rules.
5. I will observe and obey all instructions given to me by the venue operator
and its staff.
Rules and regulations:
1. We have a blanket
speed limit of 10mph
2. All drivers must hold a full UK license
3. Road legal vehicles only. You are required to show a valid MOT, Drivers License,
Insurance and logbook upon entry. No Docs No Entry.
4. Please read site rules in full before signing advanced booking sheet.
5. No Spectators apart from vehicle passengers
6. Seatbelts to be worn at all times
Remember that off roading
can still be dangerous (even for spectators and passengers) you should be aware
that this activity does carry certain risks.
I agree and accept that no liability whatsoever for death or bodily injury (however
caused) to me of those accompanying me, or for damage to any vehicle and/or
personal possessions (however caused) shall attach to Parkwood Outdoors Ltd
– No Limits Jeep Club, the Landowner and/ or employees, all of whom I
agree to fully indemnify against any such claims.

Site Rules
Please remember that off roading
can still be dangerous, so please read and follow the rules in full to ensure
you have a safe and enjoyable visit.
These rules apply to all persons using the site:
1. The site is open
from 10am till 4pm. Please leave the site by closing times.
2. If you have never gone off road before you must notify the
gate staff and they will issue you with our off road tips sheet, we do however
encourage people to have some tuition before driving off road for the first
time, this can be arranged by pre booking.
3. We have a blanket speed limit of 10MPH which must be followed.
4. All persons must wear correct fitting seatbelts, no standing
in vehicles.
5. Road legal vehicles only, all documents must be shown upon
entry, vehicles may be safety checked upon entry all vehicles using the site
must be of safe and sound construction. The marshals and management have the
right to scrutineer any vehicle, at any time and to exclude any vehicle which
is considered not to be road legal-safe for off road use.
6. Road legal tires only, you vehicle may have an MOT but this
does not mean its road legal if tires and bodywork have been altered.
7. Drivers must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
8. Children must be accompanied by an adult, all dogs to be
kept under strict control.
9. Anyone found to be speeding around the site may be removed;
please respect the site and others using the site.
10. All drivers must have a full UK license.
11. Your normal insurance may not cover you to drive off road.
12. All routes are marked Blue (Easy) for all standard 4x4s
Red (Medium) for all 4x4s fitted with 30” or larger all terrain or mud
terrain (NOT road tires!) and your 4x4 must have a front and rear towing point.
BLACK (Difficult) this is for modified 4x4s only they must be fitted with lift
kit, Mud Tires, & a Winch! On BLACK routes please go in groups. You will
be advised of what routes to follow and they must be followed this depends on
your vehicles capabilities. Some routes are one way please follow the signs
in full. Routes may change dependant on weather! So please check all routes.
13. You will be given upon arrival a map and site rules.
14. Recovery – Please note if you are in need of recovery
all the details will be on back of the map you will be given. Please note if
you are driving BLACK routes and not fit the requirements i.e. Winch, Lift Kit
etc and you become stuck there will be a charge for recovery. A minimum of 20.00
+ this is to cover any costs in the event of any of the marshals equipment becoming
damaged i.e. Winch motor burning out etc as the vehicles and equipment are the
marshals own personal items.
15. Marshals will be on hand to give any help, advice –
guidance or recovery on various aspects of driving or winching on the site,
but any liability for any injury to person or damage to vehicles arising out
of such advice or guidance is expressly excluded.
16. All contact details for first aid, marshals will be on
map issued on arrival, marshals operate CBs.
17. Please don’t obstruct parts of the site by parking
up to watch others please park so that others may pass safely.
18. No driving in streams on site or any areas that are taped
off with hazard tape.
19. If you are not sure whether to drive a route get out and
have a look first The Golden Rule if in doubt DONT DO IT! Please check all routes
before driving.
20. Please respect that any decision made by the management
or a marshal is final and is to be respected.
21. No refund will be offered if a customer’s visit has
been cut short for whatever reason.
22. If you are found to be ignoring the rules set out you will
be removed from site.
23. Please make every effort not to deposit mud on the highway
when leaving site.
